Health tip: Pets

This one is for pets lovers.

According to a resent study at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine; Animals can improved your physical and mental health.  The study analyzed the brain waves of dog owners and found that being and interacting with their dogs, makes them feel calm and reduced the levels of stress hormone cortisol.  Other studies had also shown that having a pet may help decrease depression, lower blood pressure and in some cases even help people live longer.
