Healthy Tip: Quick ways to get extra energy

* Drink green tea-
It has enough caffeine to give
 you that extra bust of energy
you need but also not enough to
feel the jitter feeling
 that coffee produces.
* Get some rays- 
From 1 pm till 3 pm try to go outside
for at least 15 minutes to get some sun. 
The exposure to the sun
during this time would
help you revitalize.
* Get some mints- 
Peppermint stimulates the
trigeminal nerve,
which is connected to the part
of the brain that induce wakefulness.
